The sequel is just as similar in premise, with regard to a more polished, bespoke aesthetic. The former is a cool, hyperactive action adventure that follows you through a warped, post-apocalyptic world and smash your way through that warp. If you want to see Hyper Light Breaker, the 2016 16-bit slash-em-up is getting a sequel.
